My husband and I have found Paul to be wonderful! He is patient with people who have only bought 2 other properties in our lives (and we are near 70!). He absolutely responds to emails and phone calls almost immediately and if he does not know an answer about a property (flooring, how old are the appliances, etc.), he pursues answers quickly and gets back to us. Paul is caring and personable and wants the best for his clients. He "keeps us on our toes" about dates and signings and decision-making.

Somehow, even though we know he is working with other clients, he makes us feel like we are the priority. He is professional in all his dealings. The more we work with him the more in tune he is to our wants and needs. He seems intuitive and will check with us to see if what he perceives as our desires is actually what we want.
